The idea for Benefit arose to relieve the burden on sole proprietors and ensure they can focus on their work undisturbed and are not interrupted during important meetings. Benefit aims to free up entrepreneurs and offers pricing suitable even for micro-enterprises, with complete transparency and fairness. The service is ordered online and is ready to use within 10 minutes.

Even in the initial phase, it was recognized that Benefit fills a gap in the Austrian market. On the one hand, there is a trend towards self-employment and autonomy, and on the other hand, more and more companies are opting for outsourcing. In addition to telephone support, an online mail service and a debt collection interface were implemented. The decision to offer 24/7 availability also attracted the attention of large corporations, online retailers, and technical companies with emergency services.

The benefit team answers and processes approximately 35,000 calls per month. With the experience gained, benefit aims to provide even stronger support to its clients. This includes not only receiving and forwarding information, but also scheduling appointments (for example, with doctors) and contacting on-call technicians. Furthermore, our team forwards calls, answers emails, maintains databases, provides consulting services, and much more.
